Delete your Lingoa account

This page explains how to delete your Lingoa account (app by Quynh Dang) and what happens to your data.
Option 1: in the app (instant)
Open Lingoa and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This deletes your account right away.
Option 2: by email (if you can't open the app)
Email inquiries@tastiai.com from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Lingoa account". This is handled manually, so please allow up to 30 days. We'll confirm by email when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, sign-in identifiers, and free-access (trial) status.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records kept by Apple, Google, and our subscription provider RevenueCat, as required for accounting and tax law.
- Anonymous analytics that can't identify you.
- Conversation history is never on our servers; it lives only on your phone. Delete it in the app or by uninstalling Lingoa.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
